Please note: the following bibliographic entries are not complete descriptions of the first edition
and therefore should not be held as authoritative. For example, A.L. Burt published the first edition
of "Ben Bruce". However, Burt published many editions of "Ben Bruce", so just because your copy
of "Ben Bruce" was published by Burt does not guarantee that it is a first edition. For complete
